i downloaded the update and it says it can not open the selected file...i have have tried it 2 times, both from the updater. Whats up?

BT icon is fine for me, but no, I do have the TF3d wallpaper issue.

No need. Make sure buildos is closed while you are running updater. If you still get the problem, you might need to reboot and try again.

I tried the updater without running BuildOS and still an error
