Yeah you flash it basically as a rom... and so far I like it sooo much better than sprint. Im located in Orlando FL, and usually in my bedroom I have no bars and if im lucky one. A conversation would last maybe 5-10min before being dropped. Right now after loading VZW radio I have 3-4 bars and just had a conversation for a little over an hour with no drops or loss in quality.

Nice... how does GPS work? I heard there was some issues with the VZW radio? GPS isn't a deal breaker for me, but I do use it occasionally...

to be honest, I never use to GPS because I have an actual GPS system. But I just tried it and it found my location in under 20 seconds and I am indoors not near any windows, from what I remember that was a lotttt quicker than when I used to use my Kaiser for GPS, this was also just using the stock sprint navigation
