yeah nothing there tells me what do with the config.txt other than change the one line which i did...but still getting already exists in rom

SIMPLE your autorun line should point to sdautorun then your .txt file should be named sdautorunconfig.txt or sdconfig.txt its been a while since I used sdautorun actually I believe if you dl the ppckitchen oem a sd oem is in it and already set up

ok don't be this is how your config.txt file should read
LOCK:Enabled LOCKisabled EXEC: \windows\SDAutoRun.exe and sdautorun needs to find the sdconfig.txt ...... so the file you want to create is a sdconfig that you have to put on your sd card ......... |

Just find the last line in your current config.txt run. The stock rom has it calling several other scripts in the process. All you want is to replace the last entry of reset with the exec line as jd posted above. And make sure the executable is installed in the rom image also.
