UC sdautorun
 

so my latest problem is that i cant get my rom to be uc compliant...i try to build but keep getting config.txt already exists...can someone please help me get this working!!!

I know shadowmites is the only one I've flashed that has it working...he might be able to help.

yeah nothing there tells me what do with the config.txt other than change the one line which i did...but still getting already exists in rom

SIMPLE your autorun line should point to sdautorun then your .txt file should be named sdautorunconfig.txt or sdconfig.txt its been a while since I used sdautorun actually I believe if you dl the ppckitchen oem a sd oem is in it and already set up

the .txt in the oem says config.txt so now im confused...

ok don't be this is how your config.txt file should read


LOCK:Enabled
LOCK:Disabled
EXEC: \windows\SDAutoRun.exe

and sdautorun needs to find the sdconfig.txt ...... so the file you want to create is a sdconfig that you have to put on your sd card .........

I used to run User customization. I've switched to Sashimi and I've never been happier. Much easier and more powerful.

Just find the last line in your current config.txt run. The stock rom has it calling several other scripts in the process. All you want is to replace the last entry of reset with the exec line as jd posted above. And make sure the executable is installed in the rom image also.
