Good news Which ver did you use? Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_025_MFG.zip did not want to go further then 1% while trying to flash. You have to use Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.zip.

well I'm doing a hardreset as it has been acting a little weird and not always wanting to connect to activesync on the first try...I'll try again once its back up

Just installed JD's Rom and I love who fast it works!!! However, radio is not as strong as it used to be. I went from 2 bars in office to no bars.
