honestly theres a thread in the forum where they can be found I post what I have but after the whole pic mail thing I'm scared to really post any software other then the rom ... opera and jetcet are the only two cabs I have in the rom and at any time I may pull those if I have to

can you pm them to him and me. i have them at home but i'm at work now.

Just use the search. I am really confused as to why no one bothers taking 5 min to do their own searching and instead requesting these things from the rom creaters....repeatedly. Like...multiple times in every singe custom rom thread.

I am not trying to be rude but don't these guys have enough to deal with? Why should they be doing everyone elses dirty work?

For once I can say that I'm impressed with a device normally I would be trying to strip everything out of this rom to reserve memory but I can say that even running everything included in the rom I still have tons of memory left . This device is very responsive ... I believe that I can definately say that my rom is out of being beta , this design , a more professional design is what I think I will stick with for the Touch Pro ... Updates will be minimal, I will try to keep the most current CE OS that I can find a source for up-to-date and thats about it ..... (well I still may add MSVC back later) but this is it this is the design ... a simplistic professional rom .... Thanks to all that choose to use the rom I am always up for suggestions (long as it is not about the design) and support ... I have to catch up on my eating and rejoin the rest of the world so I may not be around as much for support so if you all can help each other I gladly appreciate it

I have to agree JD. I am impressed with the speed of the stock rom and the memory seems to be more then enough for the average user. I am sure teh custom roms will help in many ways as well and plan to use them once a stock shipped Sprint rom shows up but until then, I am happy. The issues I have found have been small and few.

First off all i did was ask a question. This forum is here for helping people. If he had the cabs and could just pm them to me, than why would i search for it when i'm already having a conversation with him. It's not like a started a new thread about it. Chill out i help ton of people on here and i expect the same, and as i stated earlier i have the cabs on my computer at home but i'm at work now. I am one of the last people to ask for help without searching first.

I just got my pro and wanted to use this rom on it. How do I load it? I tried the regular touch ruu update utility but it doesnt work

JD, thanks for all your contribution to the community and also to myself. I am in total agreement that this phone is a great one, as I'm really satisfied with it. I knew for a while that this would be a great phone, but after I got it, it needed some touch ups and you have answered the call! I will go ahead and host it, I'm downloading it now. Once again thanks, and I can't wait to see how else you will improve this great ROM that we have.

I like JD's ROM but was trying to have a clear clock with background changer and followed these instructions from another thread:

To remove your top and bottom curtains: run the “NoCurtains[1].cab”

To have your wall paper on every tab: run the file called “mUn Background” – this should put your back ground on all tabs but it will make your slider become of centered. (Don’t worry we will fix that in a bit.)

If you want to change your clock to the “clear” flip clock you will need to do in this order: 1 replace the standard sprint barrel clock with the “Sprint2FlipClock.cab”. 2. Restart phone disable TouchFLO 3D and load the file “GlassClock.cab” and restart phone

Once you have completed all editing to your TouchFLO 3D overwrite the following file in your windows folder “1e29e8e7_manila” this should fix your slider being off centered. You will need a program like total commander to complete this. Make sure to reboot your phone for changes to take effect.
The background if i load one always has a white tint over it now and wont appear when i load TouchFLO. Is there a way to get clear clock with background of every screen with JD ROM? These instructions are for stock ROM, I think.

EDIT: I got it working. I took off option to have background set in today screen options. Then i also didn't have correct file path on bg changer. It is working. THANKS!

ok so im trying with your base but every time i go to buildit.bat i get an nbhgen.exe error and it just crashes...any ideas?

No you will not be able to remove it......that is why I mentioned the cab....I know it works for sure now as I added it a few minutes ago

ok so i cooked my own rom using jd's rom as a base and i too came up with it being stuck on autover.exe...did we ever find a solution to this?

yeah cyberon is trash truck juice you rom is outstanding minus cyberon do you know where theres the latest version of msvc in a cab
