but if you still want to flash from sd card, then extract the shipped rom exe with WinRar and you'll get your nbh file.

I don't like disagreeing with a VIP, but.... the link you in your post is not the shipped rom, its an upgrade (ROM 1.08.573.2). The shipped rom is 1.08.573.1. I know this because I had a problem were I needed to return to stock and the update rom would not do it. Finally a kind soul told me why and got me a copy of the actual shipped rom and that solved the problem. My experience is that the shipped rom is hard to come by, so I would like to upload it here for all to benefit. I just don't know how to go about it.
