Drop the .RUU you downloaded into the folder with all those files and run RomUpdateUtility.exe

i see the RomUpdateUtility.exe but dont understand what you mean by "drop the .RUU into the folder"

do i just click the RomUpdateUtilite.exe to download it?

unrar all files into empty folder on desktop, then drop nbh in there then run the exe
