Haven't been here much, have you?

Raphael support (GSM, CDMA)
20924 SYS/XIP for all devices (or, as close as they can come...a true 20924 donor rom seems to not exist)
updated VGA oem pack

Specific changes from prior WM releases are, as always, unknown to us. Some of the annoyances of 20748/20755 appear to be fixed, however.
