Hi, many posts ago someone asks if this will 'hard-reset' their device. I'm relatively new to ppc and I'm guessing a hard-reset is if all of your data is lost (installed programs, defaults, and contacts'. The answer he received was no - but when I run Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.exe it says I will lose all of my data. Which is the case?

Also, will unlocking my phone be a one-time ordeal? Does it save anything to my SD card or is everything saved onto my phone? Thank you.

...rule of thumb always always back up your data....anything can happen when flashing

Yes one time.....nothing is saved to the SDcard....

Even though nothing is done with the SD card, I ALWAYS remove it before flashing just in case... I've lost data too many times. Now I just don't take chances.
