Before i give you any instructions, it would help to know what brand phone you have...is it sprint touch pro, alltel touch pro, verizon...etc..etc. Then what operating system you have...is it xp or vista, and do you have Microsoft ActiveSync(for XP) or WMDC(for Vista) installed? Also, you need the .net framework installed that is mentioned in the first post of this thread. Make sure you read through that post again to make sure you don't miss anything.

I attempted to unlock my replacement from Asurion, but it stalls at the "Loading..." screen on the phone, and returns a connection error 260 on my computer. The tri color boot screen reports that my phone is "Security Unlocked".

I've tried soft resetting it, hard resetting it, locking it, unlocking it, flashing from the storage card, and nothing will get past the "Loading..." screen. Did a few searches here and xda, but I didn't see anyone with this problem on the touch pro.

I have the HTC Touch Pro, Raphael 800, Sprint branded with stock rom. Any help or a link in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like you might be stuck in the nasty bootloader loop. You have to pull out your memcard and put a stock rom or cutom rom of your choice on it. The rom file name has to be changed from RUU_signed.nbh to RAPHIMG.nbh, and has to be on the root of the card. Then put it back in your phone and put it into bootloader mode and it should read the file and ask if you want to flash.

it saying Security Unlocked means nothing. They always say that. What does it say on the second line. It will have details about the spl version.
May I ask why you're relocking it. Have you already flashed a stock rom?

SPL-0.37.00 indicates you are locked. If it was 0.37.CMONEX, that would mean you are unlocked. Can you delete your duplicate post from the other thread since this is answered. thanks

I grabbed the shipped, updated Sprint rom from this thread. I ripped the .nbh out of the .exe and transferred it to my Fat32 formatted MicroSD card. I had tried this before, but only with the unlock via MicroSD nbh. Should have thought about trying a different rom. Thanks a lot for your time.

Wanted to add in what it ended up taking to end my pain and suffering.

After I managed to get the stock Sprint rom flashed, I attempted to unlock both via the RUU and SD card method. I started getting error code 262. Eventually I uninstalled ActiveSync, moved the USB cable to another port, disabled the advanced setting under Connections->USB to PC on my phone, and removed the MicroSD card I had installed. I ended up back in the loop with error 260 twice and had to reflash the stock rom to fix it both times.

Only after I had done all of that was I able to run the RUU again to unlock my phone. I was then able to install the 1.04.05 radio and MightRom 4.16.

This was by far the post complicated unlock and flash I've ever had to do. Guess I was spoiled with nueSPL on my Titan and the easy SD card flash on my other two Touch Pros. (First one I had the screen was loose from the keyboard section, second one had the oild spots and chipping chrome with charging issues.)

Hope this helps anyone who has similar issues. My phone is now working without issues. *Knocks on wood* Thanks again for the help!
