Sorry for the noob question, but is it recommended to run the HSPL_037.exe after a hard reset or does it matter?

Also, would the HSPL_037.exe need to be run again after a hard reset?

Thanks for the help!

Bootloader would not run automatically, so I entered manually, and the update hung at 0% and gave a communication error. Any ideas?

Any reason 25 mfg comes up as "Raph" instead of "Hermann" like the default Sprint was?

You have to make sure your devices syncs with activesync frist then allow it to enter the SSPL. If you try to enter the BL manually it enters in 37 instead of 25 mfg and can't update.

Are u insuring u have microsoft activesync installed and synced prior to running? Also if using Vista since Vista sucks be sure to run as ADMIN to alleviate any chance of issue.
