Im posting this for a search-able reference.

I had trouble unlocking my phone and a friends phone with my computer... don't know why. So, I downloaded the SSPL and put it in my main memory on my phone. From their I opened the SSPL with file explorer on the phone, and while plugged into my computer, ran the HSPL from my computer.

This combination was the only thing that worked. flashing from my SD didn't work, using the HSPL straight off the computer didn't work either.

Hopefully anyone with issues will be able to follow this for desired retails.

just soft reset to get out of bootloader.
try this: click on start-settings-connections-usb to pc, then uncheck the box under Activesync, then hit ok. now connect it to computer and run the unlocker

soft reset wont get me out of the bootloader, it reboots right back into the bootloader

Is it possible that you have a bad unlocker? There is a way to unlock from the SD card I thought, have you looked for that?

i doubt the unlocker is bad, its the same cmonex everyone else uses...

id do the sd card except the only way i have to load/unload files to it is thru my phone :(

What I meant was a corrupted download or something like that maybe. If you have a electronics store around, you might be able to grab a USB reader, they are pretty cheap. Would say buy one online, but then you would have to wait for it to ship when your phone already needs it. I would recommend try downloading the unlocker again as well as maybe double check the phone's drivers on the computer? Hope that is of some help.

Hello, i am trying o relock my device, i dld the cdma relocker, but when i try to run it it shows an alert message that appears to be looking for a RUU_Signed.nbh file, but i did not a dl for that file. Am i missing a dl?

I think i figured it out. I was running the relocker from a folder where i was keeping all of my rom downloads and cabs and it did not like that. I moved the relocker to its own folder on the desktop and it flashed just fine.

hi!

plz can anyone provide me with step by step procedure to unlock and flash a new ROM on my Verizon TP? i've never done that before so i guess i'm gonna need your help folks.

there's a step by step in the first post. there's also "HOW TO UNLOCK AND FLASH VIDEO" in the stickies. if you need help with a certain step just let us know.
