activesync is suppose to loose connection when the phone goes into bootloader mode. but it sounds like the usb connection is not re-establishing once it's in bootloader mode. i think i know what will fix that. try this. click start-setting-connections-usb to pc, and uncheck the box under Activesync

I'm sure this must be answered already, but I could not find it. I have an Alltel phone - I Unlocked it using 0.37 and it worked perfectly.

However, I now want to use Verizon service. Should I reflash with 0.35 or keep the 0.37?

The unlocker or hard spl has nothing to do with that. You can leave the phone locked if you want. makes no difference

so in the boot loader mine now says SPL-0.37.CMONEX? does that mean its locked? and i can sell it or send in for a warranty repaird.

no
0.37.0000 = locked
0.37.cmonex = unlocked
