overall very nice tank! got tired of my issues with nfsfan and energyrom so thought i would try out your rom this morning. so far so good. i'll keep you posted on any issues i run into. hopefully i won't have to reflash my rom again anytime soon. thanks for the good work!

and on above question about ## dialing mine have always worked infact just dialed ##778 send and it came right up

this fixed the read issue. not the new message issue. in the reg it has a 0409 in it that had to be removed for compose to work. fyi.

also the on-screen lb seems sluggish. i have to wait for the letter to appear before i can hit the next leter. using swype if it makes a difference. can not copy text from opera into sms or email. not sure if that is normal or not. i thinks thats about it for now.

1. Ya I forgot to remove the 0409 the Email Fix cab on first post will fix this and I updated package in Kitchen so next release will be correct Thanks

2. On my TP I can type faster than the words show with on-screen and hardware keyboards(I use the keyboard that I cooked in) doesn't seem to make a diff what settings I try for repeat rate always has lag

3. I don't know if you can copy and paste from opera to sms or email never needed to (I guess you can't just tried didn't work, since I didn't mod opera it must be normal )

Thanks for the suggestions on how to fix the weather updating issue I'm having, but they did not work. It's really odd. It will work all day until I go to bed, and some random time over night it stops working. Then I soft reset and it works all day again. But it never fails to stop working over night... Weird.

EDIT: Oh and also, I'm not sure if the ## codes work in the new version cause I haven't tried it yet, but installing the carrier cab added the ones that didn't work before...

EDIT 2: I think I may have found the cause of the weather update issue, but I still don't know how to fix it. I noticed that this morning when I turned my phone on that windows popup that says sprint dialed #777 connection error blah blah or whatever was there. I think if that connection error happens it breaks the weather updates.

how long are you seeing the battery last? i got home at 5 lastnight will a full battery and by midnight it was dead.

I didn't think adding a different version of quick gps would change anything but I guess it was worth a try

I personally get two days out of one charge easy but others have had issues maybe play with a different radio for a while and see if anything changes

Also I don't let anything auto update always do it manually I figure if I don't look at it for 2 hours then why should it be turning on the data and draining my battery

hmm i'll have to play with settings to see what i can get out of it. i have exchange on for work and i need that but let me play.

and on the gps, i had no issues. updated without hassle.

Yup, Sprint user here: confirmed ##778# worked just fine for me using just the 5-25-10 updated download.
