When in a call just press menu at bottom and select record it will save file in Device\My Documents\Notes

all the cabs i have installed are badboys volumetweak, ryanmoguls cricket cab, and a cab to make my pics bigger and thats it. wut do you think it could be

ok cool, the RECORD button was grayed out in the on-screen menu but I see it when I press menu. It only seems to work 100% when I do it while having the call in speaker mode. Thanks!

*edit* also I notice with not just this ROM, but any 2.5 ROM that the battery drain is like 2x faster, perhaps even 2.5x faster. Why is this? Is the clock speed much higher or something?
AND

I can NOT turn off SD encryption in options, the option is checked but disabled..how do I remove it??

The volume tweak, same thing happened to my phone, removing it and soft reseting fixed it.
