You should have a .exe to run or it will show up as an application in windows explorer.

Plus awkward is always good.

I use the bootloader too:
Top Button(Power) + Volume Down + Reset

I had the same issue. If you remove the "%" from the folder name (I replaced with "_" but you can just remove them) it should work. Windows doesn't like some special characters.

I flash from SD card since then I don't have to worry about bricking the phone if I accidentally move the USB cable.. Plus for some reason my PC doesn't like to flash the device. I'll try the new rom. Loving it so far. Manilla needs landscape support for the hard keyboard

+1 completely. no idea why anyone would ever use activesync to flash a rom.. what if windows crashes? oh no that never happens right... what if your cat jumps across the desk & unplugs the USB cable for you? what if you lose power or a breaker trips because the wife is running the vacuum?

& yes this rom is running very well, i'm happy with it. manila messaging with landscape is all i need & it works great

I mean I use my laptop to flash new software for people all the time but they know the acceptable risks before I do it. But I don't really want to lug my laptop out and transfer files to it and blah blah blah. When I can flash from SD and always have it work. And if it doesn't then the device isn't bricked and I can still go back in and reflash. But yea, landscape manilla seems to be a very popular request.
