Damn, I wish I could have tried this build out! I'm glad the HTC TP is finally getting full landscape and with Root working on it all, you can definitely know it will be the shit.

Congrats on finally releasing it, wish I could have spun it up, but the TP is in some truck, on it's way back to Sprint. :)

i changed some settings in s2u2..soft reset...no vibration on touch. before soft reset it was working.

ok, first boot and customizations flew by, running sashimi now. I'm so excited I may not be able to sleep!!

thanks for all you do, if it weren't for these roms the lack of device choice at CellularSouth would be unbearable!

ok, to give an idea of how much faster, by the time it finished re-booting after sashimi, it already had my weather and location on the screen.

Vibration disappeared here as well. I just put my my name and play with text input and rebooted. I've seen this before on all the ROMs. No matter what you change after reboot vibration on touch doesn't work anymore.

Ok, Spb Shell must be really easy on memory. I just loaded a crap load on this Rom. Avail storage went from 246.19M to 188.77M, but Avail program actually went UP. From a fresh XXX-LS of 77.53 to 78.73. Remember, to put this in perspective, the Stock Rom avails are 294.85 and 144.06, HomeRoot (the one that's not updated yet) is 181.06 and 125.40, and LS was 246.19 and 77.53.

Shows you how big of a footprint change there is from a "bulky" stock 6.1 to pretty much anything 6.5

I left out a few apps but those apps are on the files page for the most part if not fully.
I used Skyfire for speed and memory use.
Opera 10 b3 can be easily grabs from the files page.
I left out Google apps but they should be on the files page and if not I will upload them.

So if you use Slim then you can grab the files you want and install to SD.

Touch Response in settings.
You can turn it on/off and change the intensity

Hey root, what taskbar icons are you using in this slim? I like the blue colors, but I don't think they have the rA fix. I get a white E, and the roaming is a flashing white ball. I'll probably throw gadgetfreaks round ones on there, but it seems like every time I do when it's not cooked in it breaks something else.

MS Office BLOWS in making web pages.
I will do it all later in notepad probably by hand.
In the mean time I links directly into the files folder.
It is just a list of files with no disc for now.

For some reason settings will not show up on programs.
I have it set to as I do on all roms.
It isn't working.
Trying to figure out if it needs a new mod.

Ok Root, got the slim up and running with all my massive goodness on it, and the memory is pretty much exactly where it was with the non slim, but that's expected with all I throw on there. Was digging through the settings and found something new (to me). What is/where can I get some info on Smart Lock and Sensor Lock? I hit Sensor Lock by accident and got the Windows working symbol, but then nothing. Hit Smart Lock and saw the huge array of settings. for once I'm not playing cause I don't know what they do!

Sharkie pointed me to this registry setting. I then created a regedit in kitchen and cooked it in. Work great.

To have the settings icon on your start menu:
