On 4/18 rootrom and g-sensor doesnt seem to be working. Can anyone confirm? Also have been getting random BSOD (black screen of death) of late. I noticed that it only seems to happen when the phone is idling and thought maybe it was lumus and the screen dimming functionality... disabled it and i have been good so far. Anyone else with BSOD issues?

i have NOT had the BSOD for quite some time now. i ran redrum for appx a month prior to flashing this latest DarkRoot. So its been a week or two almost & i havent had one single BSOD. i'd be curious to hear if others are experiencing what you describe. b/c i sure am not. i also use lumos every rom, as i use sashimi to configure it so it uses the same configuration every time i flash.

No BSOD here, about every 3 days I do a soft reset but that is about it. I too am running the 4-18 darkroot.

I'm sure this is a nice rom when you can get it to work properly. I installed and it locked my phone up tight the next morning. I did a soft reset and when it finished booting, it sent a blank text message to everyone in my address book. I got calls from people I hadn't spoken to in a long time saying, "I just got a blank message from you, how's it goin."

Needless to say I reflashed. Good luck to others.

LMAO ;)

I have never had a bsod on my roms.
Have never had my device send a message on it's own either.
Curious as to what is installed and if a flash to stock was done.

Not every rom is for everyone. :)
This many users can't be wrong... can they?

Root you got the best rom available for the TP hands down.

Hey Root and everyone else. Here something to think about if your'e running CHT. They're really handy especially for those of us who like to change the look of our hometabs often.

Yeah its weird. Seems to be really random for me and is probably linked to something I installed (I thought it might be Lumus but probably not since you confirmed Lumus use and no BSOD). Or maybe a combination of installed programs. But yeah... if I install the ROM clean (and I do a full flash dance on every install) and don't install anything the ROM is perfect. Not a single issue. *

*shrugs* I took off Lumus and haven't noticed the BSOD for awhile now so I will keep monitoring it and see what happens.

Anyone noticed the g-Sensor thing? It seems to try to start up and then nothing.
