I would think of it in the same type of way as ppckitchen for winmo. A la carte if you will. The kitchen would basically include the full rom package. You go through and check/uncheck items as you see fit. It zips up what you want, signs it, and spits out an update.zip. Voila.

That's the process for making custom roms? I would love to learn how to do any development. I usually am able to follow most things on here and have been flashing since my Mogul, then my TP, now the Hero but I want to contribute! It takes me hours to decipher some of this stuff when I first learn how to flash and I figured If that process was that hard (initally), developing wasnt possible considering I have no programming background or experience beyond what I've learned from you all. I'd love to get my hands on one of those kitchens and play around with it.
