Someone might be able to tell you a better way but noticing the same thing this is what I did.
If you look in the Nandroid folder on the SD card you will see the various backups with date/time stamps. Make sure you have this whole folder backed up to your PC (preferably on a couple different drives). Then make another copy (on the PC) and delete from this copy all but the version you wish to restore. Delete the Nandroid folder from your SD card. Move the Copy from your PC to your SD card. Run the Nandroid restore. It does seem a really nice option would be to have Restore Newest Backup or Restore Selected Backup. Similar to the Update Rom options but for now this really isn't that hard. Hope that helps, Rokair
