Yeah noticed a slight delay compared to having it set at 245, but its better on the battery when the phone is asleep on standby.

kbussen is correct. ROM will overwrite the kernel.

Of course what I was looking for is on the very last page. I had flashed the modaco kernel a week or so ago, and I have flashed a rom since then. I take it I should be ok to flash this kernel then?

Haha at least its not 2000 pages like the Might Rom. Yea just flash whatever kernel you wish over Fresh or Gumbo or Modaco.
