ahh yes, good advice.....but if your nand backup does not contain the wimax img, u should be good.

it appears that mik added it, the build-prop has the added "n", and the bcm4329.ko file is the same as the updated n version

ro.product.wifi = 802.11 b/g/n

I've updated with the past 2 updates and I cant get my evo to sync anymore with my pc/outlook. I used AR recovery to factory rest, wipe cache and div., I also tried to restore just my contacts using titanium backup, but them I can't send any picture mail, but i can send pic mms before I restore the contacts. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

So far so good. did a complete wipe of course. Flashed up 1.7. Everything worked except facebook for android threw me a error. After reboot, it let me log in but error out again. Oh well, could just be the facebook app. May try unistalling it and reinstalling from the market. will check back on that.

Gmail, exchange email/contacts, 4g, gps, weather, market all work. Thanks OMJ!

update: facebook worked after reinstalling from the market.
Update 2: no sense reboots yet

Just flashed todays update and it seems to be running smoother. I hope it stays that way. Last one started off really smooth and awesome then it got really slow. As long as it works till june 24th I'll be happy.

Hey omj are you getting the evo3d as soon as its out? I'm sure you are but I'm just looking forward to your next amazing rom.
