Thanks. Good work, this one is a keeper!

The stock kernel is actually pretty good, but I would recommend Tiamat 3.3.7 SBC. I would say this would be the kernel of choice. Stable and great on battery duration. It also gives you the ability to Under or Over Clock.
Good Luck.

I'm pretty sure Deck stated in a post in the past that he would get the Spanish Dictionary to those who needed it. Don't quote me

Check this out... it should be able to help you:

Thank you! I just want to add the Spanish dictionary and keep the original keyboard and the link for the dictionaries does not work.

Try this:
HTML Code:
http://tinyurl.com/453t5ea
I know with SlideIT(it's what I use) you can DL the Spanish version from the market while in the settings.

Let me know how it all goes.

1.2b seemed better than 1.2c. The GPS stays on longer after you exit maps or whatever app uses. Also, I noticed the 4G only comes in after reboot when you turn it on and use it. I'm in a 4G area so I turn it on from time to time. Otherwise, this rom kicks ass.

Re: [5-15-11][ROM] gingerbread-evo-deck [1.0][2.3.3 Stable][1.2c][2.3.4 Beta]

Just wanted to report my findings with 1.2b using Tiamat 3.3.7 after a few days of use. For the first day or so I had no issues whatsoever but now when in the Market sometimes it just goes back to the home screen for no reason and when I re-open the Market it does the same thing until I reboot. It finally stopped doing that but now it does the exact same thing sometimes when I am using the browser, either through the browser app or through google search, and sometimes it even just powers the phone down and reboots on its own. Also I was getting great battery life but now battery life is not much better than totally stock Evo. Sometimes after exiting out of navigation the gps symbol will keep flashing on and off in notification bar until I do a reboot. Also on notification bar I get 2 4G widgets but 1 is blank and I have to keep going into notification power widget settings and uncheck wimax and then recheck it to clear the second blank one from the notification bar and also so 4G/wimax will work properly. Anybody else experiencing similar issues? Any ideas?? Still a very peppy and great rom just informing of my issues and seeing if anyone else is experiencing any of them as well. Thanks!

You can download the Spanish dictionary from the market and use it on the stock keyboard. That's how I use it

Re: [5-15-11][ROM] gingerbread-evo-deck [1.0][2.3.3 Stable][1.2c][2.3.4 Beta]

I love the build of this rom. The one thing that always seems to be an issue for with with ANY Gbread rom is that the power button sometimes just lights up the keys on screen and reboots the phone. has anyone else had this problem?
thank you
