And flash Gapps right? Because when i don't the Market is missing, and I always have to sign into my google account again when i flash the gapps, is that normal?

You can go into the settings under Advanced Settings / Display and turn on the 'Screen On Animation'. It's the same as the screen off animation, only in reverse.

Any yes ... you have to reinstall the Gapps every time you upgrade.

Updated to V yesterday with Tiamat 337regular and the new radios. Phone has been working fine other than when I got to work this morning, I went to turn on 4g, the phone froze for about 10 seconds and rebooted. After reboot, worked fine, on 4g now with no issues. Not sure what that was all about

Nope there's also an option to use it as the screen on animation as well.

This may be a dumb question but here it goes...Is this an older Android Market in the latest build (1.2v)? There are some apps (3 so far) that I have added recently that aren't in the market. I grabbed someone else's un-rooted EVO to see if maybe they were just removed but I can still get to them on that phone.

Sorry for being such a newb but I gave been reading and can't seem to get the answers to a few questions straight. If I upgrade will....

1. I lose root?
2. Will I have to flash new radio?
3. Fix the stupid storage problems 2.2 and every version before had? Will apps utilize the 16gb card I have? I can only hope because my apps have been very problematic.
