the latest nightly build on CM6 pretty stable. I have ran the last 3 nightlies...and its the best of them all.

ability to overclock, OVER 30 fps natively (i'm avging 50,) apps2sd, working cameras front and back WITH video...

there are FCs here and there...but I'm ready to use this nightly for my everyday and give it a shot.

am including the link to XDA for the unofficial thread...beware that there are LOTS of junk in that monster of a thread...so take your time...and use search when applicable.

getting ready to test out the new cyanigen. but i just that while using the baked snack rom on xda it lost 5% battery just by sitting about 10-15min by itself. is that normal?

It is. I heard that the last 5% (95-100) is super inaccurate. Im test CM6 right now.....cant believe the speed and I cant believe that it isnt considered perfect! I really do like sense though......maybe someone will do an add on.

I just read that Damage is testing 3.5 right now (which is 2.2!)

I'm having a hardtime trying to install cyanogen rom. I get errors everytime. I don't have problems with others ...like ava-froyov2 and others....... what am I doing wrong?

It should be straight forward. It stays in the boot screen for about 5 mins. what link did you dl from?
BTW, FB sync works only on Ava for whatever reason. I love it so far though.

You have to do a factory, cache and dalvik wipe before you flash. Are you NAND unlocked?

I tried to do the nand unlock, but I could not. I'm at the point where I connect the phone and choose " Charge Only " , and when I try to do the steps " c:\.......etc " , it says no device or something...
