from what has been posted on Fresh rom thread:

The following files were changed by the new OTA:Browser, Calendar, HTC Album, HTC Contacts, Mail, PCSCII, Phone, debuggerd, dmagent, sequansd, a handful of lib files.

Also there is a new kernel which has better battery life. I have personally noticed this as well. Fps is still locked though. Hope this helps

It also has a newer version of stagefright so streaming audio like Pandora and Slacker doesn't sound like crap anymore

Chris, I wouldn't use it until its official. To me there are no noticeable differences between it and how the Sprint Lovers rom is currently setup.=D>

I agree after using the updated stock rooted version (of the beta) for a day or so. I will continue to only release new roms based on final releases.
