The box to send the text does come up but if you click the mic at the bottom right of the "send text" box, an error pops up and the box force closes. same if you're trying to use voice to select a recipient. When using voice to text, in the "messages" app, no issues, only when using voice to initiate the text.

Any suggestions?

The EVO by default is wireless G, there is a hack out there to turn on wireless N put I guess it really sucks down the battery. In reality, having faster than what wireless G will give you is overkill on the EVO anyway.
