do I install this the same way as a rom meaning i gota do a wipe? or just install zip from SDcard only?

Yup, gotta love em'. I just tested both links @ 5:50PM and they both worked okay.

EDIT: Also, I would like those who downloaded to post some feedback on battery life. I personally think that battery life was a little better on the 3.29.651.5. I can say that with the 1% battery icons it does drop quick for the first few % when taking it off of charge but this is normal and the reasons why they use around 15-20% increments for stock.

AND...Just in case anyone wants it, I added the download link for the 3.29.651.5 10/26/10 release back in the first post.

First, I love your ROMs, they have been absolutely rock solid for me. I my humble opinion you are doing the best work out there.

However, the contrast between the battery icon and and % indicator in the latest update is hard for me to see. Is there a way to return to the stock icon or change the color?

I am not having any issues with battery life on the new Rom Chris. I actually think it's better than the last rom. The drop in % varies with me though. One day it'll drop quickly to 90% and once it hits about 88% it evens out for the rest of the day. Other days, like the last 2 for example, I am stuck at 100% or 98% for 3-4 hours with light usage. I also did the battery wipe tweak posted on one of the forums and that could be one of the reasons I have gotten great battery life these past few days. I am also using Set CPU and underclocking to 806 MHZ so that helps as well. I noticed no lag at all by underclocking and it does my battery wonders.

I downloaded the latest update and now none of my MMS texts will download, please help!

I downgraded to 3.29 and now my MMS texts are working, but I would still like to upgrade to 3.30.

I am using the 3.30 version and have no problem with MMS. I just got one before and also sent a few with no problem. Try reinstalling the 3.30.651.2 version and then run all of the Updates (Profile, PRL, Firmware) and retry your MMS.

Chris1683 you are the man! I reinstalled 3.30.651.2 and did all the updates and my MMS is working!
