OK so now I finally was able to do the upgrade thanks for CRUISE350 .. HOWEVER.. now I have two errors:

1. GMAIL application crashes every time I restart the phone.

2. NO VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATIONS and visual voicemail doesnt do anything. I dont have the error the update resolved.

How do I resolve? Im currently on the phone with sprint about the voicemail issue...

Just go to the market and download the latest Gmail and it will fix the Gmail issue, thats what I had to do. Don't know about the voicemail, mine seems to work fine.

I ended up doing a refllash of the newest ROM and now everything works 100% !!

I dont know what happened with the UPDATE to fix the VM issue but it seemed to mess up more then it fixed!

Quick question.. do I leave the HTC updates on or should I turn them off? since I am running this ROM, I guess I can not install the updates??

U can leave them on.. Sometimes updates will come up and tell u but u gotta do it by urself

BUT the updates are OK since we are running a custom rom??

I would always check here before you run an HTC update, some may cause you to lose ROOT and their may not be a way to get Root back again. It took weeks to get Root back after the first OTA update from HTC. Your better off waiting until the cooks here have had a chance to bake the update into a new ROM and then loading it on your phone.

so then its better to TURN it OFF? I assume with it ON, it will notify me but wont automatically install? or should I turn it off and just wait until I see something on here about an HTC UPDATE ?

New Wi-Fi Hotspot works perfect. I was one of those having a problem with the Wireless app before not closing out and remaining in the taskbar.
