Flashed to 4.6 and I'm having the same issue with data switching back and forth from 3G to 1x. I didn't have anything going on like that with 4.5. And gps will only work with navagation. What should i do?

I flashed back to 4.5 and everything is working again. Not sure why I'm having a problem with 4.6. I might try to flash it again later tonight and see if does it again.

I am having the same issue. Are you running the odex or deodex?

Currently I have the odex running, but will be flashing the deodex as soon as it finished downloading to see if there is any difference.

Also, when playing with the lock screen app my phone got stuck looping the boot animation sequence.

Any ideas?

now that it's been mentioned, I've seen 1X a few times lately.....I think it's the first time I've seen 1X since I got the EVO.....I'll have to look into it

if u use adb, copy the htclockscreen.apk from the rom to your sdk/tools dir:

adb reboot recovery
adb shell mount/system
adb push htclockscreen.apk /system/app

ok, the 1X is not a bug, it's actually a mod amikam added to the base.

It's really annoying when you are using data and it drops from 3g to 1x but the phone doesn't show the change. Any suggestions?

yes, my ROM has it.....I believe it's set to 128

Thanks for solving the mystery OMJ . . . you are way better than Scooby-Doo and those meddling kids.

And as for the lock screen thing . . . I read on and saw the posts, but my internet went dumb when I tried to edit it out. I lose.

Well that just makes me realize how bad my 3G connection really is and how much I'm getting screwed by the $10 premium data fee. Go figure.

Is there a way to edit the drop down icons to have the 4g? Right now I'm only getting up/down arrows for data but not The 4g selection...

ok, can't remember if i brought this up before or not but here's some odd behavior, not sure if its an issue or planned
when using bluetooth, the headset works just fine if you use it to answer or make calls
but if you use the screen at all, it leaves the audio in the phone. which is particularly troublesome because of the somewhat sketchy nature of the voice dialing, especially that it doesn't ask for confirmation before dialing so it will just start dialing teh wrong number when it doesn't recognize the command.
i looked but couldn't find any setting anywhere relating to this...
thoughts? advice? critiques?
