Greeting from hot & humid FL, can't wait to get back to MN!
The theme bootlooping people is very odd, the way around it is to load 3.5 deodexed, then flash the theme manually (just as IknowSquat said). The themed rom is 3.5 deodexed w/ just the theme added, weird how ppl are bootlooping. I did not have any trouble flashing, but the first time to flashed I did not wipe & was coming from 3.5 deodexed, then 2nd time I flashed I wiped, flashed, wiped again, then restored my data.img b4 the first boot. Also, I'm editing post #1 for the link issue :) Quote:

Finally was able to get my hands on an Evo - made the switch from TP2 (Winmobile) and I am NEVER going back! already fully rooted running 2.2 with latest OTA update but still on Stock rom looking to take my first flash with OMJ. just wondering if you guys are keeping the stock kernel or flashing a different one with this rom? not sure if overclocking is worth switching to another kernel that might not be as stable as a stock kernel.

I'm still using the stock kernel, working great for me. Once the source is released for the stock kernel, I'm sure the kernel guys will make it even better.....then I'll switch. |
