Yey, it is working properly now! I went to the pool with my son today and he wanted to listen to Kidz Bop so I booted up pandora and it streamed with no problems at all...not even the occasional pause while it had to re-buffer like it did with the previous PRI. Glad I decided I was going to get 3.4 to work for me :)
Next issue to tackle is the battery issue. May put advanced task manager back on today and see if it helps with that. Only been unplugged 6 hours and it was down to 20%.

I am attempting the PRI fix with this post.
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...6&postcount=56
When I put in ##786# in the dialer it immediately takes me to another screen with information on it.
If I go to menu then reset it asks for a password.
I guess this is where you put in the msl #. Tried that and it says wrong password.
Any assistance is appreciated.
thanks.

I would call Sprint and confirm you have the right MSL (password).

I would really like to try this custom rom, but I have apps that I paid for in the app store and don't know if i will lose them all if I root and and flash this rom. I would really like to root for the overclocking ability of the phone, but don't wanna lose my apps. Please help.

You can also get the overclockegd app. Good battery saver.

Anyone experiencing this....

OMJ 2.2 Rom V3 with Riptides ColorNClear V4 and stock clock. My HTC Calendar widget with Agenda view will no longer display on the home screen (or any other screen). Had same issue with V3 of Riptide. Posted for Riptide already too. Ideas?

Jim

I got back to fully rooted, loaded winmax, radio, omj 3.0 decodex, evo lite 2.2 theme, new boot splash and all it's wonders. I completed a nand backup after all of this.

I try the ##786# method and it takes me to a constant boot loop.

I tried the ##3282# NUMEROUS time and no joy.

Please tell me I have missed a step and I'm an idiot so I can get this PRI as I have been at this for 3 hours now.

I also had this problem when trying to get new PRI under v3.0. Keep your nand backup that you just made. Wipe and flash OMJ Froyo v2.1 stock kernel. Then update PRI. After the new PRI sticks restore your nand.

Try "Update Profile" in system. I had to do that on mine after 1.40 pri.

I have done this twice now and it is not working... The only thing I have done was added the theme from riptide... I doubt that had anything to do with it...

thanks...tannerj
