what is the best way/prcedure to installed Toast kernal on the lastest version. Every one I installed with clockworks keep bootloading the only way I got one installed by a complete wipe?

OMJ, love your ROM's I'm totally addicted to the EVO thanks to you. I keep having an issue when I try to flash a new ROM and then add my data.img as you have instructed. The flash works fine and comes up with no problems then I flash the data.img and it goes into the 4G Splash loop. I have tried a number of different things including clearing all of the data and it just doesn't seem to work for me. Could there be something in my data.img that is causing this or am I just a sorry NOOB? HELP.

edit: Flashing from 1.6r to 1.8, I had the same issue with 1.6r too.

1. how do i reinstall the wifihotspot? i downloaed the odex and apk but i can't seem to install it.

2. randomly when i try and open a txt message the phone opens a different message. so i end up txting the wrong people. anyone else notice this?

Yes. You have to be careful because you could easily send a text to the wrong person.

is anyone having issues with ""check for ROM updates" not doing anything? or "error occured while processing the ROM list!" in 'download ROM' / 'OMJ'??
i have clockworkMOD 2.5.0.1, and rom manager premium 2.0.1.2...
anyone?

I am really loving this ROM- thank you OMJ! :headbang:

WiFi tether is working great and I've had no FC, just smooth sailing all the way. One thing I noticed is that my signal strength indicator seems lower with this ROM yet call quality and data speed is great. Just something I noticed coming from Sprint Lovers.

The only thing I miss is Swype, man I love that keyboard! Does anyone have the apk? I can't find it anywhere.
