If you are referring to the finger friendly buttons in the 6.5.1 Builds, then yes. All 6.5.1 and 6.5.3 builds have those.

What's the name of this taskmanager? I saw that you added TPC Task Manager, but a quick google search failed me. It looks really nice

I know it is from the Xperia 2. You could try that in your search criteria. Ill look myself.

I just got my hands on 28008, will have a ROM up for that SYS maybe this weekend, if not sooner.

Thanks, that made google work a bit better. I suppose TPC is just TwoPumpChump who made the cab from my short reading.
