Wi-Fi sharing is working on my Diamond with Dec 1st 21882 release...

Hello, this ROM is awesome running well, practically bug free, but I find I'm missing some things from older pre-Sense ROMs.

Maybe these features are here and I'm missing where I can turn them on or am missing a .cab or need to update (I have the 21882 Dec 1st release) but if I can get any help that'd be appreciated.

- I'm wondering how to turn on compact qwerty.
- And I'm missing vibrate on connect (in the dialer)

I also noticed the slide to answer slider is a bit glitchy and doesn't slide very well. If possible does anyone know how I can remove this dialer and just use the older one? Maybe that would work better for me.

Compact qwerty isn't a sense 2.5 issue, it's whether the cook integrates biotouch and touchflo into ezinput 2.1, which no one does except dareeseboy as far as I know. What you can do is install Calkulin's ezinput 1.5 cab and it will have full and compact qwerty as well as phone keypad, and even runs faster and better, but it doesn't look quite as cool, it looks more like the keyboard in the stock diamond rom, but works like a dream.

not sure about slide to answer issue. 21882 is probably the best build i have ever used for various reasons, especially the new big menus and everything looks so awesome. you may be able to install the htc dialer cab and it should work, but don't quote me on that, the keyboard thing works for sure, just google search it, if you don;t find it let me know and I can upload it for u.

The keyboard works awesome thank you! As for the dialer cab, not so much, it seems that since the resolutions of the Diamond and the recently released phones that use Sense are hugely different I need a dialer that has the same resolution of this dialer. For example, any apps that you download from the stock HTC ROM will be small squares in the top left of your screen. I could be wrong, but either way if anyone could point me to a dialer cab that'd be appreciated, I'll keep looking.

I use compact QWERTY exclusively. In fact the first cab that gets installed after every flash is EzInput 2.0.348550. Works great and doesn't look like the stock 1.5 version. In case you want to try it: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=65573

Im pretty sure I abandoned this for 1.5 because it was laggy and would stall out sometimes, ill try it again tho.

Only times I have had lag with is when there were the issues with HTC Messaging client when Sense was first ported, on Mystery's latest ROM it's been working fine.

Hey guys I can't answer the questions right now I'm been really busy this past few days, I will try to have something up tomorrow morning. Got my hands on 21884 and will be updating it and hopefully won't forget to add .net 3.5 on that one.

I'm looking for a better SYS that has the big buttons at the bottom, I'm gonna give 28011 and 23092 a try and see which one I like better.

Didn't want to leave your guys without any updates. Also appreciate you guys helping out the other members with their questions.

I searched the entire 37 pages of this thread I didn't find anyone else asking about voice dialing.

I just installed this ROM on my Sprint HTC Diamond (changing from MightyRom4) and this looks really good so far except no voice dialing. How do I activate this or where do I download and install it if not included?
If voice dialing isn't compatible with MysteryRom, I'll need change to a different ROM because I use voice dialing all the time.
