Is anyone else having problems answering phone calls. Seems to hang or I end up missing the call quite often. I do have Diamond tweak installed to keep the phone disconnected from Data that's all. Seem to remember someone talking about this before but can't seem to find the thread.
Thanks.

Advanced config is made for GSM phones, while many of its features will work on CDMA phones, the data disconnect feature will not. The problem you describe sounds pretty much like what would happen if this feature is enabled. I'm not even sure if you can just turn it off either, as from my testing it seems to put the wrong reg value back in when you turn it off.

the hd2 on tmobile with wm7
Meh, I think ill wait until we hear more about WM7, apparently there could be two versions, business (which would be released next year) and a 'media' version which most likely would not.. The HD2 would most likely get the former..

Thanks. Are there any other ways to keep the data from continuously running?
Also, do we have any exciting updates in the works?
Thanks.

well, your data is not really continuously running, the LEO dialer breaks the arrows.....if your data was truly running all the time, you battery would be gone very fast!

I do have the Sense 2.1 updates but I did rebuild the kitchen again....back when we were having the ringing issue, I went alittle crazy remodding, including the OEM. Well every now & then my phone would not wake up. I wasn't sure if it was related to the manila locker or something else. I always had this in the back of me head that I recmodded something I shouldn't have. So I rebuilt the kitchen, recooked my fav sense 2.5 28014 rom, havent had the issue in past 48hrs....seems to be running better.

Thanks for the Kitchen. I got a few questions.

On the other thread somebody mentioned about the in-call recorder fix and FM Radio not working. Where can I get the files for the two fixes for the kitchen?

Also it seems only the HTC GoogleMaps supports My Location (myl). Is there way to make the latest version of Google Maps work?

Is there a way to get rid of the "Send Text" soft button on the phone ring screen because it is so easy to accidentally touch it, which defeats the purpose of side to answer?

Thanks!

I the in call recorder files were posted in my other thread. Just copy the files to OMJ HTC Sense Kitchen v1.7\EXT\Shared\Packages\Phone - In Call Recorder 1.0.1821.2426\files

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...5&d=1264517421

for the FM radio, just use the other version which is in the kitchen:

OMJ HTC Sense Kitchen v1.7\EXT\Diamond\Common\Packages\Multimedia - FM Radio 1.6.1817.4024.1

remove the new one:

OMJ HTC Sense Kitchen v1.7\EXT\Diamond\Common\Packages\FM_Radio_2_5_1919 4027_01

You should be able to update Google Maps, I believe my location is dependent on HTCGeoService & GoogleLocationService

not sure about the send text

In the phone settings, on the last tab, unselect the first option on the Advanced tab. OK.
Voila.

The other day I checked my data by pressing the notification top bar, and it was running 23 hours straight and still counting. I dont know if it was actually doing anything but I realized I always saw the arrows. Not using Leo dialer either. So I installed an old cab that I found a while ago to called Ev to 60 or something like that (i'll post it), I have only noticed one side effect from installing it on my 28014, it slows the caller id a bit. Not noticing any delay in answering calls though.
