Thanks OMJ. I decided to do 1.7 over again. Initially I used your "clean" template, but after reading your recommendation I decided to re-flash with your standard 28014 template. Very nice. And, yes, the numbers do not "smear' anymore in calendar. Much appreciated. It makes me wonder "what's next?" Seriously though I am more than satisfied with my Diamond as it stands.

cool....hmm, what's next? I guess a new version of Sense ported to VGA maybe 1922 or newer....there's a mod that gives Call History but need some work, that would be cool...

I'm getting kinda bored again w/ the Diamond....I still think about the TP2, then I pick up my wifes brick of a TP2, and the thought passes......CMON SPRINT!!!!

Shhhh. I'm thinking about it as well. My son's Hero is really cool, and he hasn't even done anything to it.

I really want an HD2 or the Diamond2, but it looks like Sprint just isn't going to do that. Hopefully when the WM7 devices start dropping, Sprint will get some good ones.

I have no interest in Andriod, but if Sprint doesnt pull their heads out of their @ss I may have to consider the SuperSonic :D

I would luv luv luv if they got the D3.....it would definitely be worth the wait!

Android is very good but I still enjoy Windows Mobile in spite of its detractors. The fact the OMJ has made it possible to keep my beloved Diamond current just makes it that much harder to ignore. My Sprint Hero is my primary phone but I enjoy playing with the Diamond.

You hit the nail on the head. There isn't really much indication that Sprint has any intention of pulling their heads out, so i'm not sure what love we will get from WM and Sprint.

The supersonic may be the Android phone that gets me away, and keeps me away. I just don't think the Hero was ready for primetime.

IF Sprint even gets it....was the Nexus the one where Google was imposing their own ETF? I will not buy any phone that pulls that crap!

yep, with all the rumors flying, it's time to just sit back & wait some more to see what comes.....we need a good WM rumor from Sprint to keep the faith!
