Re: OMJ's HTC Sense 2.5 & 2.1 ROMs | WM 6.5 / WM 6.5.x | 21055 / 21895 / 23557 | 4/13

Running the new ROM, with CHT 1.71.

Installed it 8 Hours ago...

Froze on me once.

Went from Full battery to Main battery low.

Anyone else experiencing some crazy poor battery life?

Thanks OMJ... I'll probably just disable the locker and call it good. That said I'm really impressed with this ROM. It is impressively fast and stable. Nice work.

I flashed the latest Sense 2.5 build (4-13-2010), and installed Opera 9.5. At first, the scrollwheel worked fine for zooming. A couple of days after install, however, it stopped working. I reinstalled, and still no go. Unfortunately, this build doesn't have any other way to zoom except for double tapping. Any idea why it dropped out or how to get it working again? I mean, I know I can install another build, but 9.5 is the only one that displays Google Reader properly in iPhone format, so I'd like to get it working.

I've had that problem with the last few ROMs I've loaded, every once in a while my phone would burn thru a full charge in about 2 hours. It seemed like it was trying to use some service (agps or weather data) and wasn't having any luck but kept trying anyway.

On the latest ROM I went into the weather settings and shut off the download data automatically option and I went into location settings and turned off the "Improve location service...". I haven't had problems so far.

Re: OMJ's HTC Sense 2.5 & 2.1 ROMs | WM 6.5 / WM 6.5.x | 21055 / 21895 / 23557 | 4/13

I did a search and couldn't find anything substantial about this. I've been having trouble receiving calls; sometimes when someone dials it will ring 4-5 times before my phone responds, other times it will ring straight through to voicemail and not even show up on my phone as a missed call. I changed the network connection to roaming only and it seems to fix the problem. However, when this happens I get an error everytime the phone tries to access the data. Is there anyway to fix this? I'd like to be able to receive my calls like when the phone is roaming but I also would like to be able to use the data without switching over roaming and standard all the time. I'm running Sense2.5 2012 23544 v1.1

Thanks in advance,
Robert
