I'm having that problem installing Cookie. How do I disable Sense in order to do it?

With the new OMJ ROM, I don't seem to have anything in any settings menu that says Today anymore. I remember the one you are talking about in the stock Sprint ROM, but I can't find it now. Thanks!
EDIT: OK, found it under Settings/Home Icon/arrow right to Items. Cookie now installed!
Thanks!

I'm using 23557 w/o Cookie mod cooked in. (I added CAB) My voice dialing does not work now and I don't have an option anywhere to choose it as send button item or even set it up.
Also, I don't seem to have speed dial capability anymore either.
Anyone else have this problem?

Just wondering, is there any easier way to edit your contacts? mine are a mess and I'd like to organize them a little better, but it's time consuming using the phone itself, I remember when I had my blackberry I could pull the contact file off the phone and use my desktop and then re-write it, anyone have any ideas

You can use ActiveSync to sync your contacts with you computer (using Outlook) and then edit using your computer and sync again to apply the changes to the phone.

I have all of my contacts in my google account and I edit them in gmail on my computer. The reason I did this so in case anything happens to my computer or phone I'll always have a copy of my contacts on my google account and will make the move to android easier since google wants everything done through them. I would look into using google to arrange and save your contacts.

Re: OMJ's HTC Sense 2.5 & 2.1 ROMs | WM 6.5 / WM 6.5.x | 21055 / 21895 / 23557 | 4/13

Hi Tom and OMJ,
Yeah, I'm having the same problem. I really like the newest rom 23557 but I have lost the Voice Command function and can't find it in setting either. I even loaded 23557 in the kitchen but I couldn't find an option to turn on Voice Control. I'd be very grateful if OMJ or someone could help us out on how to include that capability.
I couldn't get voice search to work on either the new Google Maps or Bing. Other than that, it seems like a great rom.
OMJ, thanks for the great new rom and updated kitchen!
Brad
P.S. I'm reluctant to give up my great legacy plan but most likely going to take the bait and jump on the Evo when it comes out. It's sounds like a fantastic phone but I feel spoiled right now with OMJ's rom and kitchen...like I'll be lost in the dark wilderness of Android when I make the jump....does anyone else have that concern?
