hmm start menu started doing the dragging/smearing thing this evening. Maybe ill wait till tomorrow for hopefully a new rom:)

not too bad...the only problem I found was I could not get the favs to work on the Internet tab. Also, I had to remove Menu Enhancement, with it in, you could tap a selection & it would hightlight but not select, you had to use the dpad.
