thx Bill, well I would think we would see some kinda replacement for the Diamond this year, it's way over due!

Thank you too Bill and everyone else in the thread that has helped out. I'm not doing this alone, alot of you step up & help others when I'm not around......that's what makes this a great site!

your very welcome!

28014 2.5 is running great for me too, the only issue I'm having is the phone not waking up sometimes. Has anyone else running 28014 2.5 seen this? Gadget, are you using the manila locker? Maybe I just need to reflash.

Get out of your Sprint contract for FREE! T-Mobile is looking mighty fine right now.....very tempting!

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=104061

at the very least, we should get our contracts fulfilled:

Everyone needs to use this to have Sprint mark their contract as "fulfilled". That eliminates the contract and automatically puts you into month to month. Then you can do whatever the hell you want, port, renew for goodies, cancel

ugh... I just switched my wife over from t-mobile this week to get her an instinct s30..... Well, we'll see what happens but I am confident(well not really confident but hopeful) Sprint will come out with some devices soon. T-mobile just turned 3g on in Pgh a couple months ago...can imagine that the coverage is not up to snuff.

in any event, thanks again for the great kitchen and roms OMJ! You really kept us going with our Diamonds this year! Happy New Year to everyone and thanks.

With the HTC Sense I still can't edit my contacts on my phone. I can with the regular contact viewer when the Sense isn't launched. I have reflashed already

I'm not sure why this is a issue w/ HTC people, but you can edit/add contacts via start menu/system/contacts

I'm running the 12/25 Sense 2.5 6.5.3 28014 v1.1. For some reason, received text messages aren't being displayed in Sense in the Messaging tab, but if I click through from there to All Messages in Windows, then I can see them fine. Is anyone else seeing this?

Does anyone have an idea of what's causing this in Sense 2.5? Really hard to use this other method if you are trying to create a new contact from a number that someone called you with.

Is anyone having issues with 2814 and text messaging. Buggyness of the text input box and the HTC messaging client. It's no different than ARCSOFT's buggies. It would be a magnificent rom since I find it faster than 28008. Only prob is i've gone back to 28008 (without ARC) just for stability. ARC has bugs with 28008 too. So, has anyone baked up a solution? Is there other msgclients to use?
