Are you honestly seeing a difference in speed with speedbooster? Also is it making your battery drain faster?

yes I do notice a difference. there may be a little decrease in battery life but nothing major. you can test it by starting up the camera and moving it rapidly back and forth. next add camera in speedbooster (in the windows dir) and move the ticker all the way, restart and do the same. you should see a much cleaner faster camera. just what i experienced and may be subject to the rom your using...

Hey all, sorry I haven't responded much. Been super busy with work/baby. Here's a few replies for fixes/patches:

*** HERE IS MY BIGGEST BUGGGGGGGG, THE ONE THING I USE THE MOST IS TEXT AND FOR SOME REASON WHEN I GET A TEXT AND I GO TO THE TEXT TAB FROM THE TDFLOW IT COMES UP, THEN I PRESS ON IT AND LETERALLY TAKES OVER 10 SECONDS TO OPEN, THEN I TYPE HIT SEND AND IT TAKES OVER 20 SECONDS UNFREZZE, SOMETIMES JUST LOCKS UP.*******

Any clues on this very bad bug on the text program??????

thanks.
1. I have no idea why you wouldn't have S2U2 - try flashing back to shipped, then to my ROM.
2. I have posted a link to Groovefish in my Q&A post, thanks for the heads-up, it does not work on mine, either.
3. I don't have texting, so I can't test that (I know, old school, right?). Since I haven't heard from others, and you're having a S2U2 problem, you might want to flash back to shipped/stock after doing a clear storage (back up your internal storage and format that, too, if you have time - it seems to help).

I have posted a link to Groovefish in my Q&A post, thanks for the heads-up, it does not work on mine, either. I'm not sure why, yet, but have no time to troubleshoot.

Still havent been able to change the wallpaper on all tabs, not really digging the wood. I must say everything else works freaking sweet

2. That's good to hear, and good advice about the texting.
3. There is also now a link to get the bgAll mod working in the Q&A post.
4. Thanks!

Great work!

Also,
I cant seem to get groovefish to do anything but freeze up.... however, the desktop version website is pretty sweet, I've never played with it before been using Pandora. Thanks for the new toy!

4. I know, right? Grooveshark is awesome. They also recently made their webpage interface a LOT nicer. It's like having access to all the music in the world from any computer... plus playlists! plus suggestions! plus extremely good quality!

I'm working on cooking a separate "Global" ROM. Not sure when I'll get it done.

Thanks for all the praise!

Hello, tried the Cab from the Q&A (on a fresh flash with nothing else changed on it) and I get a white box on the top left of the screen. Also the wallpaper only changes on the home tab, not the rest of them. Any ideas?

Re: 11-02 | Blackwood | Manila 2.1 | Titanium | 6.5.1 | 23071

Nevermind... not an easy fix.

I was able to get rid of the white box by googling bg4all and installing the cab I found, but still had the wallpaper issue and wouldn't have the curtain when you changed from tab to tab. It also hosed the compactManila alignment at the top by adding titles back into the tabs.

I'll probably just cook a ROM with several fixes, then have four different ROMS:
1. BlackwoodPanoUS
2. BlackwoodPanoGlobal
3. BlackwoodBGallUS
4. BlackwoodBGallGlobal

It'll take time. May be a couple days.
