Cool. I think it might work better with the Rhodium phone canvas. I cooked a 23071 with it and it seems stable as heck right now.

Maybe I'm not doing something right, but I noticed in this ROM it uses the Rhodium SMS. Is there any way to have MMS work as well? I received an MMS message last night and couldn't get the picture. Can't send one out as well.

If you are talking about the HTC SMS, then it is a known issue that mms does not work with it.

I just wish I could get my GPS working on it.

I'm having the same issue.
I flashed to stock, then did a hard reset.
Loaded your rom, let customizations run, then did a hard-reset and let customizations run again.

Location shows "on" by default. Quickgps tells me it's off, and Google maps also does not work.
If I go to Phone>Settings>Location it shows "on" if I select "off" and hit OK, then go back in, it shows "on" again.
I tried reseting, and now the location can be changed from on to off and back on again. However, Quickgps doesn't say location if off, but it still doesn't work. Google maps also does not work.

Regarding MMS. Someone sent me a pic msg, and I can't download it. I did install Sprint Picture Mail and I reset.

If I flash back to stock it works. I've actually never seen this issue w/ any rom.

well I went through the motions again. location was turned off, turned it on, then ran quickgps no prob, then ran google w/ use gps, got a lock.

I'm using picture mail too, one thing I did was go into system settings & ran update profile. who knows maybe that would help your gps too.

Re: OMJ's Custom ROM | WM 6.5 | 21870 | Manila 2.1 | 10/29/09 |

Hi. I just installed your Titanium Rom. I installed the Shipped Sprint Rom first before installing yours. I was just trying out the different themes out and I noticed after a couple of changes the icons in the menu screen would overlap each other. The homescreen looked okay and also the other apps seem to display okay but just the menu screen is messed up. I have resetted the device and seem thing happened. I then took the battery out and it seem like it was back to normal, but when I tried changing the themes again the icons in the menu screen gets messed up again(icons overlapping). Is this a known bug? I'll try reflashing to see if it happens again.

update: After reflashing it did it again. If you try changing the themes a few times in a row the icons in the menu screen will over lap each other and when you scroll up and down you'll see a slow drag of overlapping icons on the display screen. Any idea what could be the cause?

MAN NO LIE!! Welcome back OMJ! I've been wanting to jump to the Diamond for months now but hadn't because Sprint still wanted too damn much money for it, but I just got a guy on the phone today that worked out a deal with me that was acceptable. Should be here tomorrow hopefully... How's that for timming!

While contemplating I had looked over here in the Diamond forums to see if you were around since you jumped from the Touch and didn't see ya anywhere

Quick question... Have you jumped over to the PPCK or are you still running it old school and modifying the shipped rom?

What's up RSTOYGUY! Good to see you too! ... really does seem like old times back in the 6900's lol

Hey Vancer ... welcome aboard. I think OMJ is mostly using Calkulin's kitchen, but with that special touch only Ken can do. I think most of us are biding our time, enjoying the new stuff being adapted to our Diamonds, and waiting for a mass migration to HD2, if Sprint will bring it. Anyway, looking forward to seeing around ...

Re: OMJ's Custom ROM | WM 6.5 | 21870 | Manila 2.1 | 10/29/09 |

Loved this rom when I was on sprint, but now I'm on alltel, will this work on alltel? just wondering before I download, I'm in a little town and only internet access is dialup or hughes net (which I have but only get a 200meg download limit per day, yeah sucks, but faster then dialup), so I drive 15 miles to the next town and use a wifi spot, just wanted to know if it will work with alltel before I head down the road to download it...

thanks
