There's a "lite" version of the rom now in post 2. Someone please tell me how much free memory after flash.

You are THE MAN.
I am totally loving this ROM with MS3.5 and the new PocketInformant9.
I was just noticing today that I was down to about 3Mb of memory left which meant I really couldn't install much of anything else. To be honest, I was surprised that everything was still working- on my Apache and previous Diamond WM5/6 setups, below 8Mb of memory usually started giving me system warnings and slowdowns. None so far.

I have been getting the following screen when I connect to my pc via USB.
Any idea what this is about?

Only thing installed immediately after flash is SOTI PocketController.

If that's just a small improvement... great.

Cool. I did take a bunch of stuff out, so if there's things that could be put back in that ya'll miss and won't take up too much space, let me know.

Re: indagroove's Sprint Diamond ROM - CE OS 5.2.21864 (Build 21864.5.0.81) [100609]

Well, everything was going great until a few hours ago. After dinner, I went into my office and checked to see if I'd had any calls- phone was on the screen alignment window looking like it had hard reset itself!
I did the alignment and it started to do the customization, but when I came back to check on it a few minutes later, I had a screen that was black with only my customized top bar with icons (which wasn't part of the customization) and the word "ERROR" in red in the middle of the screen. I soft reset and noticed that I had the messaging icon and the Start icon. I was able to get into the Start menu to find that all of my synced info and original programs were still there- none should have been, as the customization doesn't include most of them or any contact sync. I tried resetting a few times and kept getting the same thing.
Right now, I'm in the process of flashing to shipped and I'll try the whole thing again in a little while.
Hopefully it was all a fluke.

Man, that really is weird ... never seen anything like it. Did you start with a flash to shipped, before all this went down?

Yeah, I've done this more than a few times and never seen anything like that.
I don't think that I flashed to shipped before this last time, as I was usually good flashing to a ROM with the same SYSBuild. But I'm pretty sure I flashed to shipped before the full 21864 build.
I'm going to bed now, but so far the new flash seems pretty good.
I haven't installed everything, but the main stuff is there.
Hopefully there are no surprises tomorrow morning.
