Here's another little goody for those of you that use Resco Explorer. I created a skin based on ebsbow's Black Diamond theme that is closer to the HTC styling. Let me know what you think!

Animated Weather on the Home Tab will hit when ever Sense 2.1 gets ported. For name suggestion, make sure you use Diamond Tweak to go in and activate T9.

Not so far. It seems development has slowed to a crawl. I'm trying to find out where NRG got a hold of a VGA copy. I haven't seen anything posted about his source anywhere.

I know. I haven't been able to find a reason why either. Everything is there, I jusy doesn't run. I'm getting some advice from Mighty Mike on what the problem may be...

I'll be looking at the OEM Driver base. There may be a problem there...

poop! The new build is great and all works fine,

the poop is youtube is not working well... seems the resolution is to hi the fonts are tiny and does not find videos The last build with youtube included was perfect... im gonna try a fix cab that i found elseware see if it fixes it,.


EDIT: I un installed youtube and installed a different version found on this forum.... all is back to normal..:) Love my gadget rom!

In the system tools folder the phone folder is empty is that by design ?

i used the youtube cab you can get from google it has a different look but works

you didn't happen to have included opera 10 beta in this rom, did you? i think it's a great finger friendly improvement to opera 9.x builds and just looks much cleaner, not to mention prettier lol

Hey this is one of the coolest ROM's i have used. Just One thing I am not from the US & want to use the weather TAB. Can you please help me on how to add World Cities to the Weather?

the weather editor i use is PPC Manila 2.1 and 2.5 Weather City Database Editor
use the attached cab and install to main memory not storage card

Did you remove the T9 ability completely? I got a hold of that T9 cab Nioklia or whatever made, but when I go to XT9, it's basically exactly like fingerboard. I'm wondering if the T9 mode got completely ousted for whatever reason.

Shouldn't be. I'm still trying to figure out why it is not activating automatically. The way to get it going is to install Diamond Tweak and then scroll all the way to the bottom. There is an option there to turn on t9 that seems to work for me every time. And it sticks through resets...

That's good. Should I wait for another ROM then? I haven't done anything with this one. If only I had some way to backup my PushMail accounts, haha. I dunno how good Samushushi or whatever is.

luckily i used gmail exclusively now, all my contacts,mail and calandar are always updated... its allowed me to flash about a dozen roms in the the last 2 weeks :)

I've love to just use the Active Sync, but I still need to always type in my info every time I get a new ROM. I also have 3 pushmail accounts I setup because I use Gmail. I could technically use Active Sync for those too, but that doesn't solve the issue of needing to type the info in 3 times still. These are very long passwords.

Okay, so I am working on a fix for the PRL and profile updaters not working for Sprint. Is there anything else that absolutely needs fixing while we wait on the Sense 2.1 port?

I used "Youtube Tech1 21XXX TP2 7HDBR.cab", its posted within this gadget thread, i got if from the list of attachments..

Oh, now that is very funny. Actually, I am taking a hard look at Opera 10 to see if it can be intergrated into the push pages and bookmarks tab on the internet tab.

That sounds great. I havent tried the latest beta2 but hear good things about it. if not, can we install it and use both? maybe install opera10 to internal storage. I guess I should just try and guinee pig it :)

also, is there an app that can use to change the font or make it darker? wanted something to see opera mini or mobile and little more.
