Also I would have loved to have something like clean RAM or shutxp kind of application. Soft reseting is not the easiest of things when it comes to diamond.

C'mon ... if you want "cleanRAM" or "psShutXP" ... just add them. They're not difficult to find ... only a simple search away. Besides, it's not the rom causing the problem.

Thanks for the cabs. However I feel one of these and microsoft voice command should have been built in.

Personally, I like a clean rom ... easy enough to add whatever I like. By the way, it's a good idea to hit the "thanks" button whenever someone is helpful.

Blah I don't want to send it back.. but at least it's still covered by warranty when I flash back stock rom and re-lock it right? or is there a way they may find out i flashed roms onto it?

Does this version Rhodium support the panaromic BG? DL now, will flash in a few.
