Hey Watzone. Thanks. I just found a cab that works. Appreciate you taking the time though.
I do have one question. I know there is a way to bring the Programs tab back down into the Manilla row - remember seeing it somewhere. I am not sure if someone remembers where to get it.

I found the cab for it, but it seems like it doesn't work properly. Can't click on any of the links when it's in the main manilla window.

Well, that is the only fix that I know of. I got it from yozgatg's Gen.Y Manila thread. The space at the bottom is very small and doesn't bother me. It's certainly better than the half buried slider.

Is there any fix for the Programs tab. Like the convenience of having it among all the icons and not in the upper left corner. I found one cab that brings it down, but then I can't push any of the icons.

Did you use the "Show Programs Tab" cab from here?

If not, try it. It worked fine for me.

EDIT: Oops! Now I see what you mean. To get the icons to work you need to open the regular WM Start page and then close it. The buttons will work fine after that.
