This ROM is the final version. I am discontinuing further work on this due to me making the switch to Android (HTC Hero).

NEW NOTES:

*If your "Customize Tabs" page is screwed up, try going into the Manila key (HK_Local_Machine\Software\HTC\Manila\) in the Registry and deleting the entire "Configuration" key. Soft reset, and then go into Customize Tabs again. It should refresh your tabs."

* My theme still has the gray shadow behind the text in some menu notifications. I'm still working on fixing that so please bear with me.

* This ROM does NOT start Sashimi automatically.

A few notes about the TF3D/Titanium toggle:

* Make sure you don't enable TF3D in the today screen (keep it on Windows Default") or else it won't work.
* Sometimes (in Titanium mode) the correct softkeys don't show up. Go to Settings\Home\Items and then press OK to get out of it. That will reset your softkeys to the correct ones.
* If it seems to be stuck on Titanium, just scroll up to the clock panel and then press and hold the send key.

For those of you who DON'T want the toggle, uninstall the "TFDetacher" and "TF3dToggle" cabs and then install the "TF3d as Default.cab" at the bottom of this post.
