Anyone who can't use "My Location" on their 2.5s, there is a simple fix...at least for me. Simply go to settings, Location, and turn location service setting to ON.

anyone know anything we can delete from device memory/Windows. (for example opera) that can free up a few mbs? looks very nice by the way.

I don't think that is possible. I did noticed he included both Operas, 9.5 and 9.7, which takes a lot of space. The only thing that I deleted so I can have a bit of memory was "Widgets" under Program Files.

You'll definitely need to make sure you delete Widgets and a few ringtones to clear up enough room to install Arcsoft, since it can only be installed in storage mem.

Use NBHUtil(I think that's what it's called. I'll check later) to delete things from the ROM before you flash. It'll probably help a little.
